Peter is a writer, actor and director from Wicklow.
He appeared on three seasons of Republic of Telly, writing and appearing in sketches, writing in-studio material for the host, and creating and performing the character of Dick Liver.
Other screen acting credits include the feature Locus of Control; short films Two Cats, Spotless and Cavalier and various sketches with Dreamgun, Chap’s Eye, JOIN and Tony Cantwell.
He has written and directed various short films and sketches such as Sure Look This Is It, #ComingHome and Christmas Party. His screenplay Caper was selected for the 2016 Galway Fleadh pitching awards. His sitcom pilot Industry of Cool (co-written with John Morton) is currently in development at Deadpan Pictures.
His theatre writing credits include ongoing live comedy radio show Pulp Injection, war of independence adventure The Hellfire Squad (co-written with John Morton); dark comedy anthologies Personal Space Vol I and II (both co-written with Stephen Colfer and Hannah Mamalis); and the upcoming The Roaring Banshees (co-written with John Morton).
Stage acting credits include Alison Spittle’s dark comedy Starlet, The Hellfire Squad, Trial of the Centuries (the first Dublin Fringe show to sell out before it opened), Dreamgun Film Reads, improvised puppet show Fur City and pre-taped segments of the Waterford Whispers News live show.
He is a regular guest on the comedy improv podcasts Phoning It In and Reviewables.
